I am a Licensed Associate Counselor dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgemental space where clients feel safe to be themselves and grow. I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration.
I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, life transitions, depression, trauma, and other life challenges. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I strive to meet you where you are and tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals.
My approach is person-centered and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also incorporate art-based interventions when appropriate. Art can offer another way to explore thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to put into words, helping you process complex emotions, increase self-awareness, and express yourself creatively in a safe and meaningful way.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself, navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, and build practical tools that support lasting change. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk about what is going on and see if we are a good fit. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I look forward to working alongside you as you move toward meaningful change.
